LORA LEE is a actor, playwright, and composer. her catalog of plays include CHICKADEE, a passionate full length drama about three generations of Italian/American women, THE LITTLE OASIS, A mystery drama set in the Blue Ridge mountains of Virginia, and the hilarious one-act comedy CONVERSATIONS AT THE 7 ELEVEN, a crazy story about the secret desires of inanimate objects. She is also a active member of the Dramatists Guild Inc. in NYC and the Schoolhouse Writer's Workshop in Croton Falls NY.

As an actor, Lora Lee recently appeared in the title role as Illinova in WENCESLAS SQUARE,Wanda in THE POWER AND THE GLORY, Mary in RAIN,Lena in CHICKADEE ,Ms. Assistant in The ABC Sesame Street Special ELMOPLOOZA, and the feature films JUDY BERLIN and LOSER LOVE.

As a playwright, her catalog of plays include CHICKADEE, a passionate full length drama about three generations of Italian/American women, THE LITTLE OASIS, a mystery drama set in the Blue Ridge mountains of Virginia, the hilarious one-act comedy CONVERSATIONS AT THE 7 ELEVEN, and the touching relationship drama A GARDEN OF BEETLES. She is a member of the Dramatists Guild Inc. The Schoolhouse Writer's Workshop and The Fleetwood Stage Theatre lab.

As a composer and singer songwriter, Lora Lee has composed music for numerous professional and community theater and dance companies. Most notable with the National Dance Institute, directed by Jacques d'Amboise. She also composes music for her own plays and monologues. She recently released an album of her original music on Red Tail records called THE OTHER SIDE, an eclectic blend of folk and Brazilian inspired jazz. She regularly performs as a singer songwriter in concert halls and festivals across the country.
